bluzid ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of bluzid.com (the "Site") to do the same. This policy explains our intellectual property rights, how we handle claims of infringement, and how to submit a takedown notice.

1. Our Intellectual Property

1.1 All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, product photography, product designs, garment names, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of bluzid or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

1.2 The bluzid name, logo, and any related marks displayed on the Site are trademarks of bluzid. They may not be used without our prior written permission.

1.3 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site, its content, or product imagery for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

1.4 Limited personal, non-commercial use of the Site (such as browsing, purchasing, or sharing a product link on social media with attribution) is permitted.

2. Third-Party Intellectual Property

2.1 We take care to ensure that materials on the Site do not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. However, if you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, please follow the notice procedure below.

3. DMCA Notice of Infringement

bluzid complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and equivalent intellectual property protection frameworks in other jurisdictions, including the UK. If you believe that content available on our Site infringes one or more of your copyrights, please submit a written notice ("Notice") containing the following information to our designated agent:

3.1 A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;

3.2 Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works;

3.3 Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate it on the Site (e.g., a direct URL);

3.4 Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;

3.5 A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and

3.6 A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4. Our Response to Valid Notices

4.1 Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will act expeditiously to review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material.

4.2 We will make reasonable efforts to notify the party responsible for posting the material that it has been removed or access to it has been disabled.

5. Counter-Notification

5.1 If you believe that material you posted or that was removed is not infringing, or that you have authorisation from the copyright owner to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the material removed and its location prior to removal;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court in your district (if applicable).

5.2 Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material after a reasonable waiting period, unless we first receive notice that the original complainant has filed a legal action.

6. Repeat Infringers

6.1 bluzid reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances, to restrict, suspend, or terminate the accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

7. False Claims

7.1 Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages. Please ensure your claim is accurate and made in good faith before submitting a Notice.
